Thank you Willie for all your help selling my condo! This is the second time I've worked with Willie, and this time has only strengthened my decision to work with him. Throughout the entire process, Willie kept me sane and grounded, even as we encountered surprise after surprise, and challenge after challenge. Despite all of the issues that came up, Willie helped me navigate all of the situations, provided expert advice, guided me through the process and reassured me that we would get through it together. First off, right before we decided to list, the condo above me had found a leak that caused damage to my condo. After all of the repairs were finally completed (2 months later), Willie went to work getting me set up with an amazing stager and photographer that made the condo look incredible--certainly better than it ever looked when I was living there! As a true testament to Willie's attention to detail, expertise, availability and professionalism: we listed the property, had showings, received multiple offers, and accepted an above-listing offer all within a matter of 3 days. Then the real "fun" began. Between working with an uncooperative HOA who apparently has the same customer service approach as the DMV, dealing with inspections, and trying to keep everyone happy by fielding the many specific and overly-particular questions from the buyers and the buyers' agent, the first buyers eventually didn't work out. After strategizing, we decided to go back to market immediately, and again accepted an above-listing offer in a matter of days. This time, however, all of Willie's guidance and detailed prep work from the first buyers helped us have a smooth and stressless experience, and we closed everything with a short escrow. Willie and his team are wonderful to work with, and have me as a guaranteed customer for life.

There really isn’t much more to say other than if you want to work with some of the best in the biz, give Willie and Laurel a call. You won’t regret it. Our home search started in 2021. January 2021. It was a long journey to finally closing. A year actually. The biggest reason I think it took so long is because Willie and Laurelle weren’t the first agents we worked with. I had gotten a great recommendation to work with them from a good friend, but for whatever reason decided not to go in that direction. I won’t go into details on that experience, but needless to say it led to burn out and a pause in our home search. When we decided to start again, I gave Willie a call. We immediately jived and he really understood our frustrations, but also what we were looking for and had so much great advice on the market, the process, and setting the right expectations with us. Every time we discussed an offer on a home, Willie gave us honest and solid advice. It’s a crazy market, but we always came in at a top 2-3 offer on any home we bid on. Again, great counseling on Willie and Laurelle’s end on here. We didn't land some of these because we weren’t willing to waive all contingencies in some cases. In others, there was slightly different terms that were more favorable to the seller, but our offer prices was solid. We knew this because Willie was great with building relationships with seller agents and following up afterward to get the intel. We got none of this the first time we started our hunt. While we didn’t get many offers accepted (though we did submit several counters and were runner-ups), we never felt like we didn’t go in strong and didn't felt pressured into making a bad decision. That really speaks to the integrity that Willie and Laurelle have. We finally landed our new home 3 months after starting to work with Willie and Laurelle (not a bad turn around given we were looking for like 4-5 months the first time before giving up and pausing). Going into that offer, we knew we had a solid shot based on all the details Willie gave us. After we closed I had the chance to speak with the sellers. They mentioned to me that Willie and Laurel were one of the biggest reasons that they selected our offer. They said that the way that we were represented really resonated with them and sealed the deal (in fact, they said they were going to use a similar approach in the home search they were doing at the time).
